Once you have been approved as an affiliate marketer for Maple, you will have access to your affiliate dashboard which you can sign into below.

Step 1 – Login to the affiliate dashboard

Step 2 – Access the link generator 

The dashboard has six following links at the top, you need to click “Link generator”.

Step 3 – Find a product, category or page you’d like to share, and copy the URL of the page, and keep a note of this

Step 4 – Past this URL into the link generator, and it’ll generate a link for you to share.

Below is a screenshot of the link generator, paste the URL of the page or product you’d like to share, into the field where it sales “Page URL” which is annotated in red as Step 1.

This will then automatically produce the referral URL which you can share, this contains your unique affiliate ID, which enables the system to track any clicks and orders generated through your link. You can copy this link by clicking “Copy URL” which is annotated in red with “Step 2”

You now have a shareable link where you can share and earn

You can share this link anywhere, including social media, your website, YouTube,  email newsletters. podcasts, product reviews, comparison sites, forums. Remember only share links where you have permission, and never spam. 

Your commission rate is listed in bold in the dashboard as soon as you login.

Yes, you can track the number of visits your link has received, as well as monitor in further details when the link was clicked.

When you login to your dashboard, you can see your core stats, including the total visitors, as well as the visits today, please see screenshot below:

To further monitor your campaign, explore the visits tab where you can check which links have received the most clicks, as well as when they were clicked. 

Commissions will track through immediately and show in the commissions section of your dashboard.

They will initially be labelled as “Not Confirmed”. In most cases, the commission will become confirmed within 2 calendar months of the completed sale, the status will then change to “Pending Payment”. 

Payment are then made on the last working day of the calendar month.

An example of this.

A customer places an order on the 14th of January 2023. The commission will show in your account immediately. This becomes payable on the 14th March 2023, the status changes to “pending payment”. Maple will then make payment on the 31st of March as this is the final working day of the month.

Affiliate marketers are paid via Faster Payments bank transfer payment, and they can add their payment details in the Settings tab. We will usually verify account details by sending £0.01 before making payment for the commission. 

After sharing your link, you’ll want to monitor the clicks and conversion rate. You can do this immediately. As soon as someone clicks on your shared URL, you can view and even test it yourself. Visits appear within a matter of seconds.

Occasionally, certain factors may prevent a customer’s order from being tracked in your affiliate account.

Here are a few possible reasons:

• • Disabled Cookies: If a customer has disabled cookies on their browser, it can hinder the proper tracking of the affiliate referral.
  • Non-Affiliate Referrals: If a customer has been referred through another affiliate or used a third-party discount that falls outside the scope of the affiliate referral, it may make the affiliate marketer ineligible for commission.
  • Refund/ Cancellation Requests: If a customer has decided to return their order, or receive any form of refund, this can invalidate the affiliate commission.
