If you’d like to become an official Maple ambassador, simply fill out the affiliate registration form to apply.

Your request will be sent to us for verification. We will then reach out to you to discuss your application and tailor an affiliate plan that suits your audience.

Once you have successfully enrolled, you will gain access to your affiliate dashboard. Here, you can generate unique affiliate links for specific products, categories, pages, or deals—virtually anything on our website that you would like to share.

You will earn a commission for any qualifying purchases that result from customers clicking through your shared link.

While you have the flexibility to generate or share any of our pages, we highly recommend focusing on pages that are more likely to drive conversions. By strategically selecting such pages, you can maximise your earning potential and reap the maximum benefits.

The available discounts we can offer are contingent upon the ongoing sales and promotions at any given time. As such, it is often challenging for us to provide additional discounts that you can extend to your audience.

However, if you possess a substantial audience and would like to explore such a possibility further, we are open to discussing potential arrangements and finding a mutually beneficial solution.

Upon your approval as a Maple affiliate, we will furnish comprehensive and easy-to-follow instructions that detail the process of generating links to specific products and categories you wish to promote.

While we welcome applications from all interested parties, we do have an approval process in place to assess the suitability of potential affiliates.

During the approval process, we carefully evaluate whether your audience aligns with our target customer base. This step ensures that the partnership will be mutually beneficial and maximise the potential for successful conversions.

If you require imagery and media to effectively promote our products, we encourage you to reach out to us. We are ready to assist you by providing various file formats of our logo and other media assets that can enhance and support your affiliate campaign. After sharing your unique affiliate links, we utilise cookies to track and monitor any sales generated through those links. This tracking mechanism allows us to accurately attribute and credit the sales to your affiliate account, ensuring that you receive the appropriate commission for your referrals.

You can also monitor the all time total number of visits your link has attracted, as well as the daily clicks.

To be eligible for your affiliate commission, sales must take place within the referral period. The referral period is the duration during which cookies, responsible for tracking user interactions, remain active on the user’s browser. In our case, the referral period is currently set to five days. This means that any sales made within this timeframe will qualify for your affiliate commission, except in cases where the user is an existing customer or has been referred by another lead within their cookie referrer time period

Affiliate marketers are paid via Faster Payments bank transfer payment, and they can add their payment details in the Settings tab. We will usually verify account details by sending £0.01 before making payment for the commission.

Commissions will track through immediately and show in the commissions section of your dashboard.

They will initially be labelled as “Not Confirmed”. In most cases, the commission will become confirmed within 2 calendar months of the completed sale, the status will then change to “Pending Payment”. 

Payment are then made on the last working day of the calendar month.

An example of this.

A customer places an order on the 14th of January 2023. The commission will show in your account immediately. This becomes payable on the 14th March 2023, the status changes to “pending payment”. Maple will then make payment on the 31st of March as this is the final working day of the month.

The affiliate commission will be paid as long as the customer does not initiate a return case for the item within the initial 60-day period.

Affiliates are able to earn commission from purchases they make, however any order refunds will have the commission deducted.
